"The Smithy"- Self Catering Accommodation

This light airy flat is situated above the garages in the corner of the garden. It is south facing providing the occupants with 180 degrees of spectacular views over the countryside.

The sliding door from the lounge takes you onto a large open verandah with deck furniture on which you can relax and drink in the scenery. It is comfortably appointed in neutral tones to a high standard and has a secluded private aspect.

 

Flooring is laminate wood for ease of cleaning and has scatter rugs to keep the toes warm. The bedroom and lounge have thermostatically control radiators for your comfort.

 

The flat has a large double bedroom with double bed and single bed, bedside units as well as a wardrobe unit for storage. The separate bathroom has colourful tiling with power shower, vanity, a heated towel rail, strip light with shaver point and toilet. Opposite this is a storage cupboard with ironing board, clothes rack and cleaning gear.

The lounge is open plan with kitchenette to one end which is supplied with all the necessary utensils and crockery including a folding table and chairs. The lounge area has two, two seat sofa beds, nest of tables, TV and DVD player.

 

All bedding and linen is supplied. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and cookies are provided on your arrival. The nearest public phone is 50 yards down and across the main road. The nearest supermarket ‘Morrison’s’ is five miles away in St Andrews.

Your dog is welcome but must be kept under control at all times.
